What is included in the free tier?
The Free tier gives you a free account, access to our introductory courses, the ministry-calling assessment, and a 3-day full-access trial to explore the entire library. No credit card is required.
What is the difference between Student and Ministry Leader membership?
Student Membership ($29/month) unlocks the full student course library. Ministry Leader Access ($249/year) includes everything in Student plus advanced ministry courses, the ministry leader dashboard, and the ability to explore Network Affiliation. It is designed for those in or preparing for ministry leadership.
How does the 3-day full-access trial work?
When you create a free account and open any membership course, a 3-day trial is automatically activated—giving you full access to every course, including advanced ones, so you can experience the platform before choosing a paid plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscribers retain access for the remainder of their paid year. There are no cancellation fees.
Are certificates included in all plans?
Course-completion certificates are available on every plan, including the free tier, upon meeting the course completion requirements.
