1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Apostolic Alignment School Of Ministry (AASM) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Non-Accreditation Acknowledgment
AASM is an independent, non-accredited religious education institution. All certificates, course completions, and credentials issued by AASM are for religious education and ministry training purposes only. They do not represent accredited academic degrees, government-recognized college credits, or professional licenses.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account; users under 18 should use the platform with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use this platform in a manner consistent with Christian values and the doctrinal standards of the institute. Disrespectful, abusive, or heretical content is not permitted in discussions or notes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, disrupt its operation, or use automated tools to scrape or download bulk course content.
5. Course Content and Intellectual Property
All course materials are the intellectual property of AASM and its instructors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell course content without written permission. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own study.
6. Memberships, Billing, and Renewals
Creating an account is free and includes access to introductory courses and a 3-day full-access trial that starts automatically when you first open a membership course. Paid memberships are Student Membership at $29 per month and Ministry Leader Access at $249 per year, as displayed on our pricing page. Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars; taxes may apply where required by law.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription dashboard. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid period, and no further charges are made. There are no cancellation fees. Refund requests are reviewed individually; if you believe you were charged in error or have exceptional circumstances, contact our administrative office and we will evaluate your request fairly.
8. Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by Stripe, and optional sign-in is provided by Google. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. AASM does not store your full payment card details; they are handled directly by Stripe.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Course content is offered for spiritual growth and ministry training and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological counseling advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AASM and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, nor for any loss of data, access interruptions, or decisions made in reliance on course content.
11. Termination
AASM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or misrepresent institute credentials. You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Apostolic Alignment Network maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the platform shall first be addressed by good-faith contact with our administrative office before pursuing other remedies.
